SAI DURGA is developed Mash Feed Processing Machinery is designed such that it minimum dust, vibration and noise with consistent output, to process the feed in mash form to make them suitable for Poultry ,Cattle, Ducks, Pig, etc . This plant contains grinder to grind the ingredients and convert it in the particles form in right proportions for availing homogenous feed. It comes with a reliable magnetic separator to separate ferrous material like iron particles etc, from the raw material.

Features are generally desired in Mash Feed Plant as follows:

· Mash Feed Plant is a batch type Plant in which grinding & mixing is performed simultaneously.
· Grinder it should give desired texture with uniform grinding.
· Mixer is of Arms / Ribbon / Paddle type which ensures 100 % mixing (CV<5)
· Mixing should give accurate mixing in shortest time 4-5 mints.
· Mash Feed Plant is used to manufacture poultry feed, cattle feed, goat feed, pig feed & ducks feed( For dry materials & mash only ) liquid oils can be mixed.
· Requires minimum worker & Low power consumption.
· All the machines should be of matching capacity.
