Feed Plants
These auto batching plants run both in auto and manual mode. All the 16 to 25 motors run with only one command either from the panel or from the computer. Batching, grinding, and mixing is controlled by the PLC based programming. Required reports can be generated.
The capacity of the feed plants range from 5 tons perhr to 24 tons per hr.

For example, our typical 10 bin automatic batching system is capable of producing 100-200 tons of poultry feed per shift of 8 hr. Total system is controlled by PLC based programming. The finished feed storage for this plant is upto 320 tons.
