MashFeed Processing Plants 

          SAI DURGA Mash Feed Plant is designed  such that it minimum dust, vibration and noise with consistent output, to process the feed in mash form to make them suitable for Poultry ,Cattle, Ducks, Pig, etc . This plant contains grinder to grind the ingredients and convert it in the particles form in right proportions for availing homogenous feed. It comes with a reliable magnetic separator to separate ferrous material like iron particles etc, from the raw material.

 These Batching plants run both in auto and manual mode. All the 16 to 25 motors run with only one command either from the panel or from the computer. Batching, grinding, and mixing is controlled by the PLCbased programming. Required reports can be generated.

The capacity of the feed plants range from 01 tons per hr to 30 tons per hr.

                                    our team of Experience engineers can design and supply the auto batching , Grinding, mixing, bagging, oil batching and finished feed storage systems as per your feed mill layout. For example, our typical 10 bin automatic batching system is capable of producing   100 – 200 tons of poultry feed per shift of 8 hr. 

 Total system is controlled by PLC based programming. The finished feed storage for this plant is up to 320 tons
