As per your site layout we should providing full design layout of project.

Following parameters :- Bulk silos ,Warehouse, weighbridge, machinery, rat proof safety, Electrical & Boiler, Future expansion, Finished feed storage, Transportation of RM/Feed, Human & Fire safety, etc..

• Layout Main gate to position of the weighbridge :
• Ware house area as per your daily production need requirement’s, 30-60 days sufficient storage capacity as per the process flow and ease of operations.
• Machinery select the location of the machinery as per customer suggestions.
• Rodent proof safety : rats and mice cause serious damage to all grains. So a 2/2.5 ft extend platform above 3/4ft plinth level.
• As per drawing Electrical Transformer area and inside panel room.
• We done most successful plants designs including provision of future expansion. As per customer budget based Bulk silos, finished feed silos with Transportation system also.
• Human safety like roads should be provided in a systematic manner, at least two approaches / Exits should be providing in a design.
